Comprehensive Plan

In 2021, the Board of Trustees adopted the Imagine Colerain Comprehensive Plan to guide development in the Township.

Click this link to access our new online system. Applying for a permit for signage, accessory structures, and even a new residential or commercial building has never been easier.

The Code Enforcement Unit is located in the Patrol Division of the Police Department.  If you would like to report a property maintenance issue such as tall grass and weeds or trash and debris on a property, click on this page.
