Purchasing Policy

Colerain Township follows the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code for all procurement. In addition, the Board of Trustees may adopt additional policies related to purchasing processes.

Where does the Township spend money?

Colerain Township maintains a number of contracts with various vendors for services. Existing contracts can all be found here. In order to be as transparent as possible and to ensure an efficient and effective use of everyone’s time, the Township has developed a contracts calendar. The intent of this calendar is to provide prospective new vendors with an idea of the best time to contact Colerain Township. Please consult the Contracts Calendar for more information and detail on when to best send us your proposals. 

There are a number of services where the Township does not have a contract directly with one vendor.
