OVERVIEW:
The Façade Improvement Program offers a grant to property owners looking to invest in the exterior of their commercial buildings in Colerain Township. This program is an opportunity for property owners located in a business district to reinvigorate their building’s appearance.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants are recommended to schedule a pre-application meeting with Colerain Township Development Staff to review the proposed project plans and eligibility. If the applicant is not the owner of the property for the proposed improvements, the applicant will need a letter of consent from the owner.
